The main goal of this course is to learn the basic issues related to the identification of projects and their characteristics. Acquiring the ability to plan an IT project, including its logical decomposition (scheduling of work), estimating its complexity (estimating hardware and programming resources), labor intensity (estimating human resources) and cost-consuming (estimating human resources).
